2:30 PM – Ceremony

Please arrive early, the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM.

Guests who arrive late will need to wait until the ceremony has finished before joining the celebration.

3:00 PM – Congratulations & Photos

After the ceremony, we’ll take a few moments for hugs and congratulations.

The happy couple will then head into the gardens for family and couple portraits.

Guests are invited to enjoy light refreshments and appetizers in the reception area, or take a stroll through the gardens.

4:30 PM – Reception Begins

Once photos are complete, we’ll rejoin everyone to begin the reception together.

5:00 PM – Dinner

Dinner will be served shortly after the reception begins.

Following Dinner – Dessert & Speeches

We’ll share dessert and hear a few heartfelt speeches to end the evening on a sweet note.

We’re keeping things simple and intimate, so there won’t be dancing or alcohol — just good food, great company, and lots of love.

Our ceremony will take place in the garden area, followed by

the reception in the John Beddle Centre, located just a short walk away on the same property.

After the ceremony and a few quick congratulations, guests can make their way over to the John Beddle Centre to enjoy refreshments and appetizers while we take our photos in the gardens.

To get there, simply follow the pathway back towards the parking lot and past the gift shop toward the main building — signs will be posted to help guide you.
